Milton Fire Tower

 

Located in North, New Jersey amid the Mahlon Dickerson Reservation the Milton Fire Tower U.S. 563, N.J. 16 is the third highest in the state. 1,341 feet (409 meters) above sea level and 80 feet (24 meters) tall. Located in back of what was once the Snow Bowl Ski Slopes in Jefferson Township.

The "New Jersey Forest Fire Service, Division A" was erected in 1937. An International Derreck Tower that when climbing to the top has a panoramic few of nothing but beautiful forest. Hence New Jersey ~ The Garden State.
