A mystical tradition about listening to one's inner voice, not always accepting the literal words of what's written in text. Merely looking for the message behind the words gathering it's real meaning and worth. The Church of the Mystic Light has been the subject of rumors, Urban Legends and Myths through nearly its century of its existence. Legend speaks of Satanic Rituals which allegedly took place here in the past.

Built in 1913 the Church of the Mystic Light rests in despair close to the road and taken over by Mother Nature. Peeling paint, broken windows and falling chandeliers, this quint little church is still desperately trying to hold her ground and stay structurally sound. Such not the case for this once graceful little building that is now looking worse and worse with fewer delicately colored windows with religious symbols. A scattered array of seating in the congregation shows signs of possible meet every Sunday, that fizzled out leaving the church abandoned.

One should bear no anger against the perpetrators of the so called "Mischief" or "Vandalism" that has flushed Sunday Worshipers out. Yet to see what has become of such beauty leads to want conviction to those who do not understand what the church was about. The lack of understanding has made some people do foolish and ill-rational things. Understand and respecting the beliefs of others and their property. One does not need religion to hold morals. Simply determine Right from Wrong and if one cannot determine this, they lack Empathy, not Religion. People are people and people will do what people do!
